01 General Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the tkk11 platform, you automatically agree to these Terms and Conditions you agree to be bound by these terms. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and tkk11. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using our platform.

These Terms & Conditions have been written in English for the convenience of Bangladeshi players. International gaming law will apply in the event of any dispute.

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

To create an account on tkk11, the following conditions must be met:

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
• Each person may only register one account. Multiple accounts from the same household, device, or IP address are not permitted.
• Accurate and truthful information must be provided at the time of registration. Accounts created with false or incorrect information will be cancelled.
• Tkk11 may request a copy of your National ID or passport at any time for account verification purposes.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. This information must not be shared with any third party.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

03 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on tkk11 are secured with SSL encryption. We support the most widely used payment methods in Bangladesh.

• The minimum deposit is BDT 300 and the maximum per single transaction is BDT 50,000.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500. Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Identity verification (KYC) is required for large withdrawal amounts.
• Withdrawals will not be approved until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• Tkk11 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals while investigating suspicious transactions.

04 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Tkk11 bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms. By claiming a bonus, you agree to these terms.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only, once, on their first deposit.
• Each bonus carries its own wagering requirement. Generally, you are required to wager 15 to 30 times the combined deposit and bonus amount.
• A maximum single bet limit applies to bets placed using a bonus.
• Multiple bonus claims from the same person, the same household, or the same IP address are not permitted.
• Once a bonus expires, any unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Tkk11 reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus at any time without reason.

05 Betting Rules & Gaming Policy

All betting activities on tkk11 are governed by specific rules. It is your responsibility to read the rules for each game before you start playing.

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Tkk11 reserves the right to void bets in the event of abnormal circumstances caused by a technical error.
• Tkk11 will not be held liable for any bets lost due to network disconnection during live betting.
• If an event is cancelled in Sports Betting, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by a certified RNG and are completely impartial.
• Tkk11 reserves the right to void any abnormal winnings resulting from software or system errors.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tkk11. Violation of these rules will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to place bets.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
• Colluding with other players to place bets in a way that defrauds the system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing other users or engaging in harmful behaviour.
• Exploiting system security vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.

07 Account Suspension & Closure

Tkk11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false or incomplete information during the verification process.
• In cases involving security investigations or suspicious financial activity.
• Where self-exclusion has been requested by the player.

You may also contact our support team at any time to request account closure. Any remaining balance can be withdrawn once all wagering requirements have been met before the closure request is submitted.

08 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly spending limits on your account.
• Session Limit: Set how long you play in a single session.

10 Legal Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by international gaming law. Any dispute between tkk11 and a user will first be referred to resolution through mutual discussion.

If you have a complaint, please contact our support team first. We aim to respond within 48 hours. If the matter cannot be resolved through discussion, a complaint may be submitted to the relevant licensing authority.
